- As Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue, Quentin led reforms that saved taxpayers millions of dollars while improving service and reducing wasted time and money.
- As the Governor’s Cabinet Director, he guided similar success across multiple state agencies, helping departments deliver better performance and measurable results.
- He also served as the Deputy Director of Economic Development and State Commissioner of Higher Education, advancing well-being, opportunity, and excellence for Missourians.
